Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Public Relations at the Cavalry Captain Witold Pilecki State University of Małopolska in Oświęcim. In 2002, he graduated from the Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice with a degree in Urban and Regional Economics and Public Relations, as well as Special Studies in the form of a Pedagogical Program at the University of Economics in Katowice in the field of pedagogy and economics.

He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2017 at the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Katowice. For seven years, he worked at the Oświęcim City Hall, the last four of which were in a managerial position. Since 2007, he has been working at the Cavalry Captain Witold Pilecki State University of Małopolska in Oświęcim. He has taught at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, the Tarnów School of Applied Sciences, and the University of Bielsko-Biała. As part of the Erasmus program, he lectured on territorial marketing at the Universidad Europea de Madrid in Spain.

He is the author of over a dozen publications in the fields of marketing, public sector management, and economics. His areas of academic interest include economics, marketing—particularly public relations and territorial marketing—and public administration. He is a member of the Senate of the Cavalry Captain Witold Pilecki State University of Małopolska in Oświęcim and the Board of the Youth Meeting House Foundation. He is actively involved in professional and social activities. In his private life, he is a husband, father, and motorcycle enthusiast.
